One of Northern India’s pioneering organization working on Prevention of Sexual Abuse across all ages and genders.
Through Shatter the Silence, we have already impacted over 10 lakh people Sensitized by Raising Awareness and taking a stand against all forms of Abuse, covering 400+ locations across India.
Awareness
It begins with conversation. We create safe spaces for children, young people, adults, and communities to understand personal safety, recognise unsafe situations, speak up, and respond without judgement.
Prevention
Prevention begins when we create a culture where abuse is recognised, conversations are welcomed and silence is no longer the only option.

Under its flagship mission, “Shatter the Silence,” Prasanchetas Foundation strives to create mass-level awareness and action towards the prevention of sexual abuse among children. This is achieved through focused awareness and sensitization sessions covering key areas such as:

Regular literacy and personal development classes are being conducted for 40 children and 10 women of Shahpur Colony, Chandigarh.
This initiative empowers underprivileged communities through education and skill development, providing them with the tools to break free from the cycles of ignorance, exploitation, and poverty.

The project engages communities in transforming waste into meaningful products while promoting environmental responsibility.

Led by 8 skilled women, it turns stitching and tailoring skills into sustainable income—giving wings to skills, self-reliance, and financial independence.
Transforming old clothes into eco-friendly cloth bags, cushion covers, scrunchies, and more, this project reduces plastic waste while creating livelihoods.
